Job Responsibilities.

  • Coordinate with customer, provide information to answer enquiry about Spare Part & Services from customer.
  • Timely prepare Quotation Request to Supplier/Factory base on Service Team or Customer inquiry.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing freight and all spare part receiving.
  • Prepare shipping documentation.
  • Follow-up all the shipment of finished products
  • Prepare quotation request.
  • Issue purchase order.
  • Support the service team.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaint.
  • Prepare report by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information in daily weekly, monthly and annual report .
Job Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in business admin, international business, logistics or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service sales quotation and pricing management.
  • Good communication skill and fluent in English and Malay.
  • Experience in handling all the shipment arrangement and knowledge dealing with freight forwarder.
  • Excellent problem solving skill and able to work independently.
