Coordinate with customer, provide information to answer enquiry about Spare Part & Services from customer.
Timely prepare Quotation Request to Supplier/Factory base on Service Team or Customer inquiry.
Manage all incoming and outgoing freight and all spare part receiving.
Prepare shipping documentation.
Follow-up all the shipment of finished products
Prepare quotation request.
Issue purchase order.
Support the service team.
Handling and resolving customer complaint.
Prepare report by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information in daily weekly, monthly and annual report .
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in business admin, international business, logistics or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in customer service sales quotation and pricing management.
Good communication skill and fluent in English and Malay.
Experience in handling all the shipment arrangement and knowledge dealing with freight forwarder.
Excellent problem solving skill and able to work independently.
