Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification/ Relevant certificate
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Independent, dynamic, and with integrity
Good numeracy skills and able to work well with other
Responsibilities
Record daily activities in the computer database system
Answer phone calls
Manage collection for servicing and ensure timely processing
Track customer service records
Monitor services and kept records up to date
Respond to customer's enquiry on service via mail, phone, or WhatsApp on a daily basis
Address complaints and resolved issues, ensuring customers were matched with better services
Provided support to other staff members as needed
Offer general administrative support as required
