Handle customer inquiries regarding motor claims, repair costs, factory warranties, and related matters.
Assess vehicle damage
and prepare accurate repair estimates for insurance and cash-paying customers.
Provide transparent cost estimates
and
keep customers informed
on repair progress.
Conduct professional service delivery, explaining jobs, charges, and following up post-repair.
Liaise and negotiate with insurance companies
; process invoices and supplementary claims as needed.
Coordinate with Parts Assistant on parts availability
and repair lead times for accurate delivery schedules.
Advise customers on completed work, charges, and collection timelines.
Upsell relevant car accessories
and value-added services.
Achieve targeted Body & Paint sales, job intake, and customer satisfaction goals.
Participate in ad-hoc projects and ensure all reports and paperwork comply with management instructions.
Requirements
Minimum
SKM Level II / Diploma
in Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive) or related field.
Prior
experience in the automotive industry
, including motor insurance claims.
Strong communication
and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
Valid Class D / B2 driving license.
Patient, empathetic, organized, and solutions-oriented.
Computer literate with efficient documentation and reporting skills.
Willing to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to relocate and work at
Semenyih/Beranang.
