Greet and welcome customers, providing exceptional customer service
Effectively communicate with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and repair needs
Prepare detailed repair estimates and obtain customer approval for recommended services
Coordinate the workflow of the service department, ensuring timely and efficient completion of repairs
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and work orders
Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle repairs and address any concerns
Assist with inventory management and ordering of parts as needed
Collaborate with the service team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
Strong understanding of automotive systems and the repair process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
Problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and address customer concerns
Proficient in using automotive service management software and tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction
