Requirements

• Minimum possess SPM or higher education
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Able speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good social skills
• Good communication and liaison
• Able to work under pressure
• Have knowledge in automotive is an added advantage
• Have experience in service advisor is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• To provide customer service to a high standard by maintaining all the policies developed and set by the Dealership
• To assist customers in setting appointments
• To attend, advise & explain to customers on what should be done to their vehicle to maintain good performance
• To support all team members in the Dealership by liasing on all customer matters (Internal and External)
• To work closely with Technicians ensuring smooth daily operation
• Arrangement of service & repair works for technicians
• To provide the highest level of service to customers booking their Motorcycles in for Mechanical Repair and Service Maintenance.
• To participate in the achievement of Retail, Internal, Trade and Warranty labour sales volume, and productive efficiency to planned targets.
• To participate in the marketing of the Service Department through effective promotions and customer contact to enhance the reputation of the Dealership.
