  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, listening to their concerns, and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Effectively communicate with customers regarding vehicle issues, repair options, and associated costs, ensuring transparency and understanding.
  • Utilize automotive knowledge to accurately diagnose vehicle problems and recommend necessary services or repairs.
  • Apply sales skills to upsell additional services or products that benefit the customer and enhance their vehicle's performance.
  • Manage time efficiently to schedule appointments, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of service requests.
  • Demonstrate technical aptitude by understanding vehicle systems and components, and effectively explaining technical information to customers.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
  • Maintain a professional and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining concerns.

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously, establishing a positive first impression of the service department.
  • Listen attentively to customer descriptions of vehicle issues, asking clarifying questions to accurately diagnose problems and manage expectations.
  • Create detailed and accurate repair orders, documenting customer concerns, diagnostic findings, and proposed solutions, ensuring clear communication with technicians.
  • Provide customers with accurate estimates for service and repair costs, explaining the scope of work and obtaining necessary approvals before commencing repairs.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on vehicle status, estimated completion times, and any changes to the original estimate.
  • Proactively follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and solicit feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently, optimizing technician workloads and minimizing customer wait times.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently, explaining invoices to customers and addressing any billing inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on automotive technology and service procedures through ongoing training and professional development.
