Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Having automotive knowledge
• Good customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their vehicle issues, and provide information aboutservices.
• Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance based on theirvehicle's needs and manufacturer guidelines.
• Provide cost estimates for services and communicate any changes to the initialquote.
• Manage service appointments and ensure efficient workflow in the servicedepartment.
• Communicate with customers about the status of their vehicle and notify themwhen services are complete.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.
