Greet customers arriving at the dealership's showroom
In-depth knowledge of the dealership's vehicles, finance options and sales process
Showcase the dealership's vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers
Persuasiveness to convince customers to make a purchase
Able to answer and explain to customer questions about cars, financing and purchase process
Required to accompany customers on test drives
To coordinate sales with the Finance and Operations department
To maintain timely follow-ups and keep a close track of leads for closure of sales
To prepare and provide weekly and monthly sales report to Sales Manager
To generate leads and develop sales plans in consultation with Sales Manager to achieve sales target
To use, construct and monitor pipelines sales process (SPANCOP)
To achieve monthly and yearly target schedule by the company
To promote and drive sales of new vehicle to achieve scheduled targets
To conduct roadshows, sales activities and launching events
To carry out sales visits and follow-up to evaluate on customers' satisfaction
To execute Cross Selling of group products especially on petroleum products and services
Requirements :
-Minimum SPM or other equivalent qualification
-Exceptional customer service skills, including interpersonal communication and rapport building
-Resourceful and able to work with minimum supervision
-Experienced in Automotive Industry and market
-Enjoy meeting people and inquisitive in understanding customer needs
-Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
-Dynamic, charismatic and customer oriented candidates
-Valid Car License holder

Pay: From RM2,250.00 per month
