Description Primary Objective: Focus point for general administrative responsibilities by maintaining and managing the day-to-day function and operations in the office through the provision of administrative support to the Head of Security Services Description Primary Objective: Focus point for general administrative responsibilities by maintaining and managing the day-to-day function and operations in the office through the provision of administrative support to the Head of Security Services and team members. Key Responsibilities: . To assist Head of Security Services in all office administrative matters. - To prepare maintenance car claim and travelling claims. - Coordinating Head of Security Services meeting and appointment. - Preparing confidential and non-confidential documents as and when required. - Assist Head of Security Services in preparing company forecast and annual budget. - Monitoring and reminding Head of Security Services planning and job schedule. . To submit monthly overtime report. . To key-in punch card for all Kawal personnel within specific times and date for submission on every month. . To monitor and maintain monthly record status of leave tracker for Kawal personnel. . To prepare Balance Scorecard/ Scorecard for Kawal personnel within specific timeframe for submission. . To accountable department stationery expenses and to maintain stock control and ensure stock availability are always enough to cope daily usage. . To liaise with Ministry of Home Affairs for the renewal of Security Agency Licence of RHB Kawal Sdn Bhd. . To conduct a security vetting for the new recruitment Kawal personnel within Ministry of Home Affairs. . To maintain serviceability of all office equipment. . To prepare monthly invoices for security services rendered to RHB Bank Berhad, RHB Investment, RHB Islamic, RHB Capital and RHB Property Mgmt. Sdn Bhd. . To administer and to forward all claims petty cash voucher processed to GHR before sent to Central Finance for payment and close liaison with GHR on all aspect of Kawall administrative requirement. . To conduct interview on the new recruitment for Kawal personnel at the determine levels. . To plan and coordinate with Learning Human Capital Development (LHCD) on staff training requirement. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s). . Diploma in Private Secretary. . Minimum of 18 years experience in security services. . Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills. . Good rapport with the relevant government agencies. . Able to work independently. . Able to work well with a team.
