Job Description
Position: Service App Representative
Salary: RM 2600 - RM 2800 + Allowances
Location: PJ Tower, 18, Persiaran Barat, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Working hours: 9am - 6pm, Sunday - Saturday.
Job Scope:
- Handle inbound calls & troubleshoot apps issue.
- Educate customers to fully-utilize apps
- Responsible for actioning redemption requests via the Matrix CRM system and managing member information through the member database
- Malaysian SPM holder with Customer Service experience or related field.
- Able to converse in English & BM, Mandarin is a big plus
- Able to commit rotational shift work and working in Public Holiday.
