Someone with an attitude to deliver and a passion to delight.Responsibilities:Ensures correspondence addressed to Training Department are responded to/acted on within established time frames. * Personally responsible in maintaining individual training records for each colleague.

  • Prepares training sessions/activities requirements including bookings of training venue, training materials, logistics, and prizes, among others.
  • Assists in overseeing and maintenance of training rooms, training facilities and the ICT Lab.
  • Assists the Training Team in implementing training sessions and other activities.
  • Ensures that payments are made to external trainers upon the completion of the program and receipts are given upon payment. Follow-up on training certificates and evaluation of all external programs.
  • Maintains updated files of external and internal trainings, inventory and biodata of trainers, among others.
  • Assist in facilitating and conducting the New Colleagues Orientation.
  • To assist the Training Team in interviewing and selecting, planning, organizing and monitoring the Hotel's internship program, including receiving and screening of admission requirements, attendance monitoring, and evaluation with the approval on selection of trainees from the Director of Training.
Qualifications:Minimum of Diploma or certificate in any related field. * At least1 year of working experience, preferably with exposure to Training or Human Resources Department
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team effectively.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • A fast learner, team player, confident, and a role model with a pleasant appearance and good health.
  • Due to work pass restriction, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
