Requirements

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing strong communication skills to understand preferences.
• Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems with precision and accountability.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and hygiene protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Preferably with 1 year working experience in hotel and/or other hospitality related experience.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must be Local Malaysian.
• Adaptable to work shift hours, weekends and on public holidays.
