The Sales & Service Consultant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets. This role focuses on creating a positive first impression, assisting members or customers with their needs, handling inquiries, and promoting memberships, products, or services to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Sales Responsibilities:
Promote and sell memberships, packages, and related products/services.
Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
Conduct tours, consultations, and needs assessments for potential clients.
Follow up on leads and enquiries through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
Maintain accurate customer data and sales records using the company's CRM system.
Participate in marketing and promotional events to attract new customers.
Service Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service at all times to ensure a positive experience.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Support front desk operations, including check-ins, payments, and scheduling.
Assist with member onboarding and ensure smooth communication across departments.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards at the reception and sales area.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
