Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Arrange schedule and appointment for Technician Always maintain a customer records keep in proper manner, update customer data base. Time tracking and spare parts tracking for team of technician must be monitoring effectively. To ensure a general administrative duties, such as invoicing listing, monitoring key performance indicators, report writing and service report towards deadlines. Assisting the service team to process customer warranty claim, complies all the document ensure all the document are in informative manner. Working closely with internal team members to assist handling any technical enquiries such as handling the parts manual, machine specification and spare parts information. Handle on ad-hoc project/assignment

Requirement:



Higher Education (SPM)/Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply Can speak mandarin is an added advantage. Applicant must be willing to work at Puchong. Familiar with Autocount system is an advantage.

Working Days & Hours:



Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
