Our client is a vendor engaged in supply of scientific and laboratory equipment to public and private sectors for over three decades. This is a permanent position that would be based at their corporate office in Subang Jaya. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00 am-6.00pm.
Responsible for managing and coordinating service activities.
Manage the booking of service jobs which include scheduling, organizing and controlling the day-to-day service activities of Technicians.
Prepare, arrange and manage the JKKP activities.
Handle customers\' daily inquiries/complaints.
Inspection and manage incoming parts
Manage and tracking customers\' preventive maintenance activities.
Update daily outstanding issues to Service Manager.
Prepare service and calibration reports.

Possess a Diploma qualification preferably in engineering discipline.
Some two years of work experience involved in engineering support role.
A true team player as the role involves coordination with Technician and customers.
