  • Knowledge of wines, liquors, or spirits is an advantage.
  • Must be able to handle angry or impatient guests professionally.

  • Being interactive with guests through order-taking, table setting, and serving food and beverages.
  • Attend to guests' needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Build good rapport with guests.
  • Sales-oriented with a focus on increasing revenue.
  • Possess strong inter-personal skills.
  • Ensure a smooth flow of service delivery.
  • Follow the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for operations.
