Minimum SPM qualifications with credits in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mathematics.
1 year working experience as Service or Kitchen Crew is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
To ensure that the Outlet is managed efficiently.
To be able to explain, recommend and upsell the brand\'s products to the customers.
Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, and facility cleanliness and appearance.
Prepare/serve food, drinks, condiments and attending to the customers\' requests in an efficient & timely manner.
Receiving and processing customer payments.
Organising and multi-tasking during peak periods - includes cashiering duties, food preparation, opening and closing duties, etc.
Greet and welcome customers according to our brand\'s standards to ensure superior service.
Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, and chairs for service.
Anticipate customer needs, deliver customer satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to customer concerns and requests.
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Receive, update, record and store foods in designated storage areas.
Maintain, upkeep and clean kitchen equipment, utensils and take out trash.
Perform other duties as directed by the management.
To ensure personal hygiene, restaurant hygiene and safety standards are kept at all times.
Respond to questions, feedbacks, and complaints from customers and escalate any problems or complaints to supervisor or manager.
Candidates must have good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
