Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take and process food and beverage orders accurately
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of dining and service areas
Serve food and drinks promptly
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues when needed
Follow all safety, hygiene, and company standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in food service or F&B industry is an advantage (not mandatory)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable and customer-oriented
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to start immediately or on short notice
