• Minimum SPM or equivalent academic qualification
• Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is an added advantage
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Able to communicate in basic Mandarin. Cantonese is preferred
• Pleasant and professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills
• Willing to work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays
• Positive attitude and a strong team player

• Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival
• Manage daily reservations and accommodate walk-in customers
• Answer customer inquiries professionally and provide information about the restaurant
• Present menus and take customer orders clearly and accurately
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly and courteously
