Requirements

• Achieve at least SPM education.
• At least 1 year(s) working experiences in related field is preferred
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply,
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting, and welcoming customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Be in charge of the opening and closing tasks of the bar (preparation of tools & ingredients, coffee calibration, cleaning of equipment & etc.).
• Preparing all the beverages upon order according to company standards & recipes.
• Keeping check on stock level of ingredients & informing person in charge for ordering of restocks.
• Ensuring the quality of ingredients & beverages.
• Handling customer request in a prompt manner.
• Ensure all utensils and equipment are handled properly and cleaned daily.
• To introduce, sell and demonstrate product knowledge by advising the customer/answering queries and suggesting products to the customer when required.
• Communicate with the team regarding any changes in beverage.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure excellent service is provided to all customers.
• To be thoroughly informed and updated on menu information including on-going promotions
• Takes order from customer accurately
• Handling the payment and change accurately and ensuring daily sales are tally.
• Backing up other crew members in their jobs, assist in any area to ensure that the food is being prepared, packaged and delivered to the customer in a timely manner
• Any other duties as directed by the Superior and Company Management.
