• Minimum education: SPM and above
• Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• Previous experience in F&B, barista, or service crew role is an advantage (training will be provided).
• Friendly personality with good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
• Assist in taking orders, handling payments, and operating the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including dining area, counter, and workstations.
• Assist in basic food preparation.
• Ensure all drinks and food items are presented well and served in a timely manner.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and company operational standards.
• Support team members in daily operations and closing/opening duties.
