Aids in ensuring orderly Restaurant operations through strictly following service sequence and standards.
Ensures to deal with customers and customer complaints in a diplomatic manner, and appropriately escalates such instances to the Restaurant Supervisor.
Promotes good branding image of the unit through ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Ensure the Restaurant is always kept clean. Check Restaurant furnishings for damages and promptly informs the Unit Manager of such damages to facilitate proper repair.
Check the cleanliness of service equipment.
Check tables and table set-up. Ensures fast turn around and cleaning of table when customers leave the unit.
Keep the Restaurant Manager/Supervisor of any issues related to service.
Adheres to the company's policy on grooming.
Ensures to comply with all Health and Safety Standards as required and published by the management.
