• Previous experience in customer service, recreational facilities, or childcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet visitors warmly and ensure they feel welcome. Address any inquiries and assist parents and children in navigating the playground.
• Safety Monitoring: Supervise children on the playground equipment to ensure they play safely and follow all rules. Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues immediately.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the playground area clean and tidy, including play equipment, seating areas, and restrooms. Assist with regular maintenance tasks as needed.
• Event Support: Assist with special events and birthday parties, supporting families and ensuring a memorable experience for children.
• Activity Facilitation: Organize and lead games or activities for children, encouraging engagement and social interaction.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle minor disputes among children and communicate with parents as necessary, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to create a positive and cohesive team environment.
