We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as

Service Crew

. As part of the team, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare and serve food and beverages following standard procedures. Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, counters, and kitchen spaces. Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

No prior experience is required; training will be provided (experience in F&B or customer service is a plus). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling cash and POS systems. Physical stamina to stand, move, and perform tasks during shifts. Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Able to converse in English/Bahasa Melayu
