Requirements

• Mandarin speaking is required to liaise with management from China.
• High willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous F&B experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
• Singaporean only

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers to their KTV rooms.
• Serve food and beverages with a friendly attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of KTV rooms before and after use.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Liaise with the management team from China in Mandarin.
• Report any customer feedback or operational issues promptly.
• Participate in training to improve service quality.
