Job Description


  • Previous experience in F&B, customer service, or retail is a plus, but not required.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, prompt, and professional service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and take accurate orders in person and through the POS system.
  • Promote and suggest products and deals to customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by handling complaints and issues effectively and politely.
  • Assist in the preparation of products, ensuring all items are fresh, delicious, and consistent with our quality standards.
  • Follow food handling and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Adhere to company SOPs for food preparation, including the correct handling and storage of ingredients.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee and other specialty drinks, according to customer orders.
  • Ensure that beverages are made to the highest quality standards.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently for cash, card, or e-wallet transactions.
  • Keep track of daily sales and ensure accurate cash handling at the end of shifts.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including the front counter, dining area, and kitchen.
  • Restock supplies and ensure the store is well-organized and presentable at all times.
  • Follow health and safety regulations, including food hygiene and cleanliness standards.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist fellow team members during peak hours and collaborate effectively to provide excellent service.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager to support overall store performance.
