We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented

Service Crew

members to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests, maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area, and ensuring a pleasant and efficient dining experience for every customer.

Responsibilities:

Greet and serve guests in a warm, courteous and professional manner. Take and deliver orders accurately and promptly. Assist in food and beverage preparation as needed. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area and dining space. Handle payments and issue receipts accurately. Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Uphold company service standards and policies at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an added advantage. Friendly personality with good communication and teamwork skills. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred:

Candidates with a

background in hospitality

are highly encouraged to apply.

Pay: Up to RM1,900.00 per month
