Customer service

Welcome customers and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Explain menu items and make recommendations. Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks promptly. Handle customer payments accurately through cash and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Respond to customer feedback and address issues professionally.

Beverage and food preparation

Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and beverages according to set recipes. Operate espresso machines and other equipment. Prepare light food items according to company standards. Understand and explain different coffee roasts and brewing processes.

Operations and maintenance

Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area, including dining areas and equipment. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assist with restocking inventory and monitoring supplies. Support teammates and contribute to smooth operations, especially during peak hours. Clean furniture, fittings, and other areas as needed

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
