Job Description

We are looking for cheerful, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Service Crew. You'll be the face of our Korean Traditional Restaurant "One of the first in Johor Bahru" -- taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest enjoys a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers with a friendly, positive attitude Take customer orders accurately and efficiently (POS training provided) Serve food and beverages promptly and neatly Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas Assist in setting up and closing duties daily Support team members and kitchen staff when needed Uphold excellent customer service and handle feedback politely
Requirements

Pleasant, well-groomed, and service-oriented personality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn and take initiative Team player with good communication skills Able to work on weekends and public holidays (shift-based) Previous F&B experience is an advantage, but not required (training provided)
