Basic skills in preparing food and beverage, preferably with experience as a barista or service crew
Willing to work on early shift, weekends & public holidays
Able to cope with fast-pace situations
Outgoing personality, with good customer service skills

Tanggungjawab

Prepare food and beverage as per standard operating procedure such as coffee, pastry etc.
Deliver friendly customer service to the customers
In charge for cashier, process cash, card payments, or e-wallet using POS systems.
Use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and up sell to customers
Restock needed supplies, notify leader when inventory levels begin to run low
Keep the work areas, like food preparation areas, customer areas are always clean and organized.
Maintain good attendance and punctuality
Fulfill any other duties assigned by outlet leader
