Requirements

  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Fresh grades are welcome.
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
  • Flexible with working various shifts.
Responsibilities
  • Provide detailed dish information, including specialty and recommendations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Assist with restocking supplies and inventory as needed.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. ( is a team player, reliable, and able to adapt and multitask effectively.)
