Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
Respond to customer inquiries or complaints in a polite and helpful manner.
Provide menu recommendations and explain items when needed.
Enter customer orders into the POS system correctly.
Check and confirm orders before serving to avoid errors.
Serve food and drinks to customers professionally and efficiently.
Attend to guests throughout their meal.
Pack take-away or delivery orders neatly and correctly.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, floors, and dining areas.
Follow all hygiene, safety, and health regulations.
Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
Issue correct receipts and change.
Prepare the dining area before opening (e.g., setting tables, arranging condiments).
Clean and reset the restaurant after closing hours.
Ensure all equipment is turned off and safely stored.
