Provide recommendations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit.-Input orders into the POS system accurately, collaborate with kitchen staff for food orders, and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.-Handle cash and card transactions accurately, process payments, and provide customers with receipts. Maintain the cash register and balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.-Keeping FOH and shared kitchen area clean and organized, including wiping tables, sweeping floors and sanitizing high-touch surfaces and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in all areas throughout the shift.-Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.-Promote and upsell sub-menu like snacks, dessert, new menu, seasonal item to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.-Work collaboratively with other FOH and BOH staff to provide efficient service and maintain a positive work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any issues or concerns.-Assist in training new team members as needed.-Clean and maintain all equipment, including the warmer, oven, air con and refrigerators, to ensure proper functioning.Benefits
