- No experience required, but service industry experience is a plus.
- Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented.
- Basic communication skills in Malay, English, or Mandarin.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure a pleasant spa experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop.
- Assist with serving refreshments such as tea and snacks.
- Ensure customers are comfortable before and after treatments.
- Prepare and serve beverages (e.g., tea, herbal drinks, detox water).
- Assist in opening and closing duties.
- Follow company SOPs for hygiene, safety, and customer service.
- Work as a team to ensure smooth operations.
