JOB DESCRIPTION

Greeting and welcoming customers and guests with a warm, friendly, politely, and professional manner. Providing recommendations to enhance the customer and guest experience. Providing excellent customer and guest service and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns. Promptly, efficiently orders accurately delivering food and drinks to customers and guest. Handle guest feedback or complaints politely and escalate to Outlet Supervisor/Outlet Manager when necessary. Ensure food and beverages are served according to outlet standards. Handle billing and payment transactions (cash and POS system) accurately. Assist in stock management (receiving, replenishing, inventory and reporting shortages). Maintain cleanliness, well-organised and hygiene of service stations and equipment. Comply with outlet's SOPs, including Halal practices where applicable. Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards and regulations. Uphold company standards in grooming, punctuality, and professionalism. Supporting the kitchen team in food task preparation, service and general duties as required and needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum SPM or its equivalent; Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry/F&B restaurants/Service Crew in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment established restaurant franchise, casual fine dining, etc. No prior experience required; training will be provided.

. Basic math and computer skills (POS system knowledge preferred). A keen interest in food, beverages and providing exceptional customer service. A positive, friendly and professional attitude. Ability to work in a kitchen environment an added advantage. Fluently and well verse in English, Bahasa Malaysia confidently is a must. Strong and good teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. Good organisational and multitasking abilities an added advantage. Ability to work well in a team and under pressure. Positive attitude, trustworthy, and reliable. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
