Communication Skills: Good verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to communicate clearly with diverse customers and team members.
Team Player: A collaborative spirit and willingness to work effectively as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Attentive & Proactive: A keen eye for detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs. You should be proactive in maintaining cleanliness and order.
Neat & Presentable: A well-groomed appearance and adherence to Kooky Plate or Kooky Cream Cafe's uniform standards.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift trays, and move efficiently around the cafe.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and potentially split shifts, as per cafe operational needs.
Experience: Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality setting is an advantage, but passionate newcomers with a strong willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply!
Tanggungjawab
Warm Welcome & Order Taking: Greet guests with a genuine smile, guide them through our menu, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
Exceptional Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and respond to any inquiries or requests politely and efficiently.
Table Maintenance & Cleanliness: Clear tables efficiently, clean and reset dining areas, and ensure the cafe is consistently clean, tidy, and welcoming.
Cashiering & Payments: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, handle cash and card payments accurately, and reconcile daily transactions.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the kitchen team and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
Product Knowledge: Develop a good understanding of our menu items, daily specials, and cafe promotions to effectively assist guests.
