Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Diploma/Degree holder in Hotel Management, Business Management, Food Science or equivalent.
• Certification in Food Handling or Halal certification.
• Valid Typhoid injections.
• Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically fit and willing to perform cleaning tasks.
• Prior experience in F&B or cafe environment preferred.

Responsibilities
Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Serve froyo, beverages, and light snacks promptly and neatly.
• Handle payments and maintain accurate cash transactions.
• Provide product recommendations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Operations & Product Handling

• Prepare and serve froyo, toppings, and drinks according to cafe standards.
• Ensure proper portion control, cleanliness, and food safety in all preparation areas.
• Refill display counters and ingredient stations as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of utensils, equipment, and counters at all times.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Wash, sanitize, and store all utensils, trays, and equipment properly.
• Sweep, mop, and clean the cafe floor, tables, and service areas regularly.
• Clean and wash the grease trap daily to prevent clogging and odor buildup.
• Take out garbage and ensure proper waste segregation.
• Conduct end-of-day cleaning and closing duties according to the daily checklist.

Teamwork & Compliance

• Work closely with teammates to maintain smooth cafe operations.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and food-handling procedures.
• Report any maintenance issues or incidents immediately to the supervisor.
