Promote Yobe and Yobe App at designated location(s)
Performing daily tasks including runner/frontline coordinator
Guide/assist customer to sign up for Yobe App and explain how to use it
Assist customer through the ordering and payment process using the Yobe App
Guide/assist customer to use Yobe kiosk and its ordering process
Distribute samples or promotional materials (if applicable)
Collect feedback from customers
Maintains friendly, fast and accurate service. Ensures excellent customer experience
Requirements:
Good communication skills in BM and English. Mandarin is an advantage
No prior experience required - training will be provided
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Flexible and able to handle urgent requests promptly
Warm, cheerful, friendly and energetic personality
Basic computer skills. Experience with POS system is an advantage
Working hours:
Monday until Friday (12pm - 6.30pm) (Weekend jobs if required)
