Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or 'O' Level.
• Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in customer service, food and beverage handling, or a related field.
• Required skills include excellent customer service, effective communication, proper food and beverage handling, accurate order taking, POS system usage, cash handling, and good teamwork.
• Candidates must be fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Candidates must be willing to work at a location in Kuala Lumpur.
• Candidates must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude, providing excellent customer service from arrival to departure.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, utilizing POS systems efficiently, and ensuring order details are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to hygiene standards and presentation guidelines.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately, maintaining proper cash handling procedures and balancing the till at the end of each shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables, resetting tables, and ensuring a tidy environment for guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints effectively, escalating issues to the supervisor or manager when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service, assisting colleagues as needed to meet customer needs and maintain a positive work environment.
