Job Summary:

As a Service Crew at Bayang Coffee, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer receives excellent service and enjoys a pleasant experience. You will assist in daily operations including order taking, food & beverage preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service Take orders accurately and handle POS system transactions Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light food items according to company SOPs Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times Assist in receiving, checking, and storing stock items Follow all health, safety, and food handling guidelines Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and promptly Support team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent Prior F&B or customer service experience is an advantage Good communication skills and a pleasant personality Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
