Customer Service
Greet customers warmly upon arrival
Take and confirm customer orders accurately
Serve food and beverages promptly
Handle customer questions and provide friendly assistanceFood & Beverage Preparation
Prepare drinks (coffee, tea, smoothies, etc.) following cafe recipes
Assist in simple food preparation or heating items
Ensure presentation meets cafe standardsOperations & Cleaning
Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and dining area
Wash and sanitize utensils, cups, and equipment
Refill ingredients, toppings, and supplies as needed
Keep the service area tidy and organisedCashier & POS Handling
Operate the cash register / POS system
Process payments (cashless, QR, card) accurately
Issue receipts and handle simple refund or void proceduresOpening & Closing Duties
Set up the cafe (cleaning, stocking, equipment check)
Restock items and prepare workstation for next shift
Perform end-of-day cleaning and basic closing reportsTeam Support
Assist other team members during busy periods
Follow SOPs and instructions from supervisor/manager
Maintain a positive and cooperative working attitude

Follow cafe SOPs to ensure consistent quality and service
