Deliver excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers politely and professionally.
Take orders accurately and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Prepare food and beverages according to company standards while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
Handle cash and process transactions accurately through the POS (Point of Sale) system.
Maintain cleanliness of the outlet, including kitchen, dining areas, and common spaces, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Work collaboratively with team members, assisting colleagues when needed and following instructions from supervisors or managers.
Support inventory management by checking stock levels and storing materials properly, when required.
