• Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Good knowledge of customer service standards.
• Has good punctuality and discipline to ensure optimal work performance.
• Physically able to stand for long hours during daily operations.
• Willing to learn, have a great attitude and highly motivated
• Working experience: non-required as long as you\'re passionate about the fast-paced Food and Beverage service industry
• Willing to learn, have a great attitude and highly motivated. Plus point if you love our desserts!
• Required Language(s): Mandarin, English or Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work 6 days a week (in shifts, including weekends and public holidays)
• Willing to relocate.

Tanggungjawab

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to promote and maintain Yam Fresh customer service standards to every customer.
• Able to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensuring grooming, attendance and punctuality are aligned with the company\'s standards.
• Ensuring products are well stocked, assisting in stock checking, replenishing, and receiving goods.
• Ability to cooperate with other crews and Outlet Managers to meet sales target goals.
• Ensure upselling and promoting the right products to customers.
• Ability to deliver fast speed of quality service to customers.
• Deliver excellent quality desserts to every customer.
• Ability to be relocated, promoted or transferred between location to location, when required to support organization growth & expansion plan.
• Ability to take up any additional responsibility or task from management when required.
