Purpose of the Role/Role Overview:
To provide efficient, courteous, and professional front-of-house service to clients and employees in an industrial
catering environment, ensuring high standards of food service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
General /Role Overview:
? Welcome and assist guests, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
? Take food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
? Serve meals and beverages following company standards and safety protocols.
? Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas including dining and service stations.
? Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
? Assist in setting up and clearing dining and service areas before and after meal services.
? Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints in a timely and effective manner.
? Coordinate with kitchen and catering staff to ensure smooth service flow.
? Monitor and replenish service areas, including condiments, cutlery, and napkins.
? Manage the cashier POS system
? Report any equipment malfunctions, supply shortages, or safety concerns to supervisors.
? Assist in any other tasks given by the catering manager and ad hoc requests as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,701.00 per month
