We are Non-Halal Restaurant and looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Crew members. As part of our front-line staff, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and address any inquiries or complaints professionally.
Order Handling
- Prepare and serve food/beverages according to company standards.
Cashiering
- Handle cash and electronic payments correctly, issue receipts, and ensure accurate transactions.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service counters, and workstations in compliance with food safety standards.
Teamwork
- Support colleagues and assist in daily operations such as restocking, setting up tables, and clearing used dishes.
Compliance
- Follow company policies, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Ad-hoc Duties
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor/management when required.
Requirements
Friendly, polite, and service-oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts
No experience required (training provided), but experience in F&B is a plus
