Responsibilities:
Prepare food and beverage as per standard operating procedure such as coffee, pastry etc.
Deliver friendly customer service to the customers.
In charge for cashier, process cash, card payments, or e-wallet, familiar with POS systems.
Use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and up sell to customers
Restock needed supplies, notify leader when inventory levels begin to run low
Keep the work areas, like food preparation areas, customer areas are always clean and organized.
Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
Fulfil any other duties assigned by outlet leader.
