2. Order Preparation & Service
Prepare food and beverages according to the outlet's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Serve orders efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy.
3. Outlet Cleanliness & Hygiene
Maintain cleanliness of the service counter, dining area, and equipment.
Follow all hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with local health regulations.
Clear tables, clean trays, and reset seating areas promptly.
4. Inventory & Stock Support
Assist in restocking condiments, utensils, packaging, and other supplies.
Notify the supervisor immediately when stock levels are low or items are missing.
5. Team Collaboration
Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Be flexible and assist in other outlet tasks such as food preparation or delivery packing when required.
6. Health & Safety Compliance
Comply with all food safety, occupational safety, and emergency procedures.
Report any hazards, accidents, or unsafe practices to the supervisor immediately.
7. Professional Conduct
Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and workplace etiquette.
Be punctual, responsible, and respectful at all times.
