Job Description

We are looking for friendly and energetic individuals to join our hotel's Food & Beverage team! As a Service Crew member, you will assist in providing excellent service to guests in the restaurant, cafe, or banquet areas.

Responsibilities

Welcome and serve guests in a polite and professional manner. Take food and drink orders accurately. Deliver meals and beverages to tables promptly. Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Assist with setup for events, banquets, or buffets. Ensure good teamwork and communication with kitchen and service staff. Follow hotel grooming and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements

Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented. Able to communicate in basic English (other languages are a plus). Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage but not required.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM240.00 - RM480.00 per week

Expected hours: 24 per week
