The Service Crew is responsible for day-to-day food and beverage preparation, customer service, and maintaining operational standards in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare food and beverages according to daily requirements and quality standards.
Operate the cashier system and perform all cash handling tasks accurately.
Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is maintained at optimal levels.
Perform stock ordering and restocking based on outlet needs.
Ensure full compliance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work and dining areas.
Always deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in F&B is an advantage.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
Honest, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
