• No experience/ At least 1 year of experience working in customer service or relevant experience in F&B

Job SummaryThe Service Crew / Senior Service Crew is responsible for taking customers' orders, answering questions, and making recommendations on menu items, preparation and serving food/beverages to customers, and performing cashiering duties.

• To provide excellent customer service to guests in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring diners a pleasant dining experience.
• Upsell promotional items.
• Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
• Maintain day to day outlet cleanliness.
• Execute any other duties as assigned.
